Gardens by the Bay 2013

We went to the Gardens by the Bay lately. We visited once last year. This time, I was just happily photographing my family members, so if you want to see more flower photos, then go see the previous post on my blog.

I love to capture expressions and happy moments of everyone, I sometimes forgot how I like to be captured in pictures too. But it's really a joy when I look back at beautiful photos taken by me and reminiscing about the time I shared with my loved ones.

We walked through the outdoor gardens before entering the Flower Dome, I don't like the outdoor gardens, if only there are more shades and giant fans, otherwise, being toasted in the scorching sun wasn't fun at all.

We loved the coolness and the romantic settings in the Flower Dome!!!

I couldn't resist to have pictures taken inside the beautiful dome so I asked my Lg to take pictures of me!!!

Overly happy!!! Enjoy posing time!

Then we walked to the Cloud Forest and I love how chilly it was in there!

The sunset was peeking through the misty atmosphere! Such a beautiful moment to be captured!

Started from the Entry Level, we took the elevator to the Lost World, continued to the Cloud Walk, an aerial walkway around the top of the mountain! Amazing views from there!

I had sweet pastel colors on my nails that day!

Before we left for dinner, I managed to capture some nice pictures of the Supertrees and the Marina Bay Sands! All lighted up!

We had a superb buffet dinner at Todai Restaurant!! I love love love to dine there! Most of the time, I just ate the snow crab legs!!! Too precious! I'm grateful!

Sentosa Adventure Cove Waterpark 2013

Another newly opened place that we have been to, it's the Adventure Cove Waterpark at Sentosa, Singapore!

It's really a long time since my last visit to Sentosa, it has changed so much!!! I love the scenery on the way to Sentosa.

After we purchased tickets to enter Adventure Cove Waterpark, we walked around and found a good place to put down our stuff and changed into our swimwear. Now finally everyone can see me in a bikini!!! By the way, I worked out a lot to stay in good shape!

We regretted that we came on a weekend. It's overly crowed that day. We had to queue a long time for every ride and attraction, so we only managed to play a few.

The sand was prickly and scorching to my feet! Didn't like the feeling of walking on sand that day, so most of the time, we were just floating along on the Adventure River.

We left the place earlier than expected as more and more people came at the later half of the day.

A little disappointed this time, but we will come back again another day, definitely not during the weekends or holidays.

Singapore River Safari 2013

We went to River Safari, it's a river-themed wildlife park and it's newly opened, I was so excited to visit it with the family.

There were lots of problems happening in my life lately, but somehow I learned to control my mood in different situations. That's a good improvement!!!

I was happy to see my nephews enjoying the trip!!! They showed more excitement than me when looking at the animal exhibits.

The first part of the park was exploring the Rivers Of The World, we were happily exploring and taking photos along the way!

I was impressed with the massive exhibit of Mekong River's theme, a giant "fish tank" at 3 metres high, where we can see the Mekong's largest fishes - the giant fresh water stingray and the giant catfish closely!

Continued our walk to Yangtze River theme and saw the alligator, it stayed still in one position for a long time, like posing for my camera!

The highlight of the park is of course to visit the Giant Panda Forest, home to Kai Kai and Jia Jia - the giant pandas, together with the adorable red panda and the colourful golden pheasant.

We continued walking to the second part of the park which is Wild Amazonia. Unfortunately, the Amazon River Quest boat ride and animal exhibits along this ride will only be available until later this year.

Took a rest and grabbed some bites at the Mama Panda Kitchen.

More rest at the Amazon River Square for a River Talk show.

We were overwhelmed by the Amazon Flooded Forest, the world's largest freshwater aquarium. We shared a memorable moment watching the Giant River Otters, they kept diving towards us and performed some stunts!!!

The last part of our trip was walking through the Squirrel Monkey Forest. The monkeys were so small and cute!

I think it does not take much effort to feel good, just enjoy the moments, really to indulge in living every moment you breath, not to worry about what will happen next.

It's July

Unawares, it's already July! Lately I felt good simply because...I gave up on chasing my dream!! Damn!!! What dream??? It's really stressful to push myself too hard, I could just let it be, que sera sera...

Just kidding!!! Got to stay focused!

Had lots of outings with my family lately, really put aside my goals when I'm with my family, just going out and having fun.  I realized I had been living a zombie's life with only one purpose in mind and that was to chase my dream, I had almost forgotten to live the moment, to take a deep breath and pay attention to all my senses—touch, sight, smell, sound, and taste.

Will be back updating my blog soon with all of my outing pictures!
