I'll never forget

These are sweet things you do that I'll never forget.

1.You appreciate little things I do and put me first in every decision.

2. You hug me tight when we sleep, even in your deep sleep, you still unconciously hold me close! You kiss me before you go to work and when you get home!

3. You open the door for me.

4. When we go shopping, you shop with me and carry all the bags, yet you still try to hold my hand.

5. You have the warmest hugs that always lift me off the ground.

6. You are sympathetic whenever I'm sick, you take care of me and make sure I'll recover fast.

7. You help me do all the household chores when you're at home. You don't mind to walk a distance to the food centre near to our house to buy food that I crave for at the moment!

8. When we quarrel, after a while, you always hug me and apologise first. Although sometimes it's not your fault, but you put me above your pride!

9. You always make me laugh with your humour, you're smart but you act silly to cheer me up.

10. You're anxious when you know that I'm feeling down. No matter where you are, you'll be back by my side. So that's why I learned to control my emotions.

11. Your arms are my pillow and your shoulders are the best place to rest my head.

12. You know exactly where I keep my things and able to find them for me.

13. You like to snatch my remote control but end up watching my favourite shows all the time.

14. You are spontaneous and a fun loving person! You like to give me unexpected gifts and often plan surprises for me, you are the reason I am so spoilt!

15. When my feet feel cold, I like to press it on your thighs, even if you shiver, you still never push my feet away.

16. You carry me on your back when I frown and point at the blister on my feet.

17. You cover me when the sudden rain comes, hurry me to run to the nearest shelter then wipe the droplets off my face and arms, "so you won't get sick".

18. You like to tease me and you're extremely patient when dealing with my unreasonable behaviour. You are the most forgiving person I've ever known!

19. You're working hard and very prudent on yourself, yet you're willing to buy anything for me as long as you can afford.

20. You know all about me and love me for who I am! I'm grateful to have you in my life! I love you very much!

Gardens by the Bay 2014

Although we had been to Gardens by the Bay many times before, but we didn't have time to walk the outdoor gardens area! So we especially made a trip there for our weekend walk!

Walking is exercising, we really enjoy walking! We plan to walk at a new destination every weekend! It's pretty exciting for us!

I've never missed a chance to look closely at flowers, it's just my habit! I like to examine everything close-up!

When I like a place, I become hyper active! Jumping, running and showing my happiness spontaneously!

Spotted a Big Fish Aquarium!

Beautiful gardens made my heart pounding!

Only if the weather was cooler! But what I am talking? It's Singapore, humid and hot! I just have to adjust my dress code and my hairstyle!

On the way, we spotted this beautiful air-conditioned souvenir shop that sells plants and decorations!

After resting for a while, we continued walking on our route and tried to cover the rest of the gardens.

At the Secret Life of Trees. Each area we walked through, we learned interesting facts!

Finally reached the ticketing area for the two Domes. But we are not entering the Domes that day.

My favourite garden must be the Chinese Garden!

The bonsai garden is so beautiful... Couldn't stop my happy feet...

Adrenaline was high, I kept jumping left and right, I fully realize I need rehab!!!

Walking towards the Colonial Garden!

Spotted the Giant Baby, looked as if floating in the air!

How to know if someone is happy? They are levitating!

Reached the Supertree Grove!

End of our mission with a delicious meal at Satay By The Bay! Good day!

Take time to realize

Take time to realize
That your warmth is crashing down on me
Take time to realize that I am on your side
Didn't I, didn't I tell you
But I can't spell it out for you
No, it's never gonna be that simple
No, I can't spell it out for you

If you just realize what I just realized
Then we'd be perfect for each other and we'll never find another
Just realize what I just realized
We'd never have to wonder if we missed out on each other now...

Orchard Road Pedestrian Night

We were strolling around Orchard on Saturday and stumbled upon the inaugural Orchard Road Pedestrian Night! The 660m stretch of Orchard Road from Ion Orchard to Ngee Ann City will be closed to the traffic in the evening on the first Saturday of every month!

Even though it's crowded, but we had fun at the event with so much activities and performances! We will come again next month!!!

Chinatown Heritage Centre

We made a trip to the Chinatown Heritage Centre because it's gonna be closed for renovation soon!

The centre is located at the Pagoda street, a busy street in Chinatown, it's almost camouflaged among the shophouses!

Immediately after entering the centre, I excitedly explore the memories of the past, the lives of Chinatown's early residents!

The centre re-created the original interior of the shophouse tenants in the 1950s, hence it's quite dark! I felt a bit uneasy while walking in a dark place, had to be cautious when walking up and down the staircases!

We had fun learning about Chinatown's history and exploring every nook and cranny of the centre, some corners even gave me the nostalgic feeling!

After the experience, we walked around Chinatown, enjoyed the decorative lights displayed since the Mid-Autumn festival!

What a lovely day I had. Looking for more...
