Sensational Indulgences

My recent indulgences are Creme Brulee and Green Tea ice creams by Haagen-Dazs!!! I love love love them!!!

Their Green Tea ice cream is so smooth and flavourful that it melts in my mouth, it's so addictive!

Their Creme Brulee is the best midnight dessert ever, even better than those in some dessert shops!

Song in my head currently! Collide by Leona Lewis!

Four Seasons

Completed second series of my potpourri art creations! I called it "Four Seasons".

I did this series faster than the Wishing Tree series, I'm getting better at this!

A pleasant Sunday walk

Have been exploring the neighbourhood parks lately! Walking for hours really help tone up my leg muscles. People thought I became skinnier but I didn't go on diet at all, just lots of exercises!

Feeling the breeze along rivers relaxes my mind.

Spotting what nature can offer blessed my soul and strengthen my thought of protecting it.

"Global Warming", a message that's always in my head as I was born in this century. I do my best that I could to stop harming our Earth. Loving nature is as important as loving ourselves!

I'm grateful for the effort that the Singapore government provided us. Greenery parks, convenient public transport, clean environment with low crime rate in the city! I need not ask for more!

We spotted a "Baby Elephant" in the clouds and a phenomenon in the sky that I thought it was a rainbow!

If you're happy and you know it, spring your legs!!! If you're happy and you know it, then your face will surely show it!!!

If you're happy and you know it, blow a kiss!!! If you happy and you know it, then you ask him do the same!!!
Hahaha, I forced Lg to do jump shots and he did his first jump shots beautifully!

Lg promised to have a nature walk every Sunday with me! I'm excited about going to another park connector!

Another Saturday

Truly, I enjoyed all of our weekend outings. No matter where we go, I always find something interesting on the way. Today, we were at Ion Orchard and the "Noise Singapore Festival Showcase" caught my attention.

I took my time to look at every submitted works! It was an amazing showcase that made me want to submit my work to them someday!

I wore this "BearBear designed shirt" today and totally loved it! I redesigned this piece from an oversized T-shirt that I bought during a sale period, I love the printed picture on it!

I added rose, eyes for the dove in the picture and made a slit on both sleeves and sewed black ribbons on each side. The ribbons and the rose were handmade by me! I created a dressy look from behind by sewing both sides of the back to the center and added a skull accessory to it! I also added lace for the collar with some buttons.

Making everything beautiful

It's a project I set up for myself to beautify my home with simple little things!

People who know me also know I love miniature stuff, I also love arranging and organising things neatly!

I love plants around the house too! Especially small plants. I even decorate them with charms and repot them into cute pots.

I also like air plants which do not require soil and easy to maintain. Even though, most of them look like dead plants but they are living healthily and will produce pretty flowers.

My colorful stones have many uses, for example, I like to put them in a bottle together with an air plant.

My potpourri art creations

I found another new passion in my life! It's potpourri art! It's like flower arrangement but in a mini version! To sought after pretty and variety of potpourri in Singapore is really hard! So I used whatever I can find and enjoy the results of my own creations!

My first series of potpourri creations! I named this collection "The Wishing Tree" series.
It took me several hours to complete this series but it's worth it because they are original and hand made by me!

someone to love,
something to hope for.”

Chingay night

It's a fun night watching Chingay parade when they came to our neighborhood! Also it's a memorable night because Xiao Bai was there, accompanied us to watch a live performance for the first time in his life, he was very excited!

Xiao Bai is spoilt by us, he always asked us to carry him using his "pray pray" action, it was hot that day and he is quite heavy, carrying him sweat us out a lot!

Two other dog owners who also brought their dogs there approached us. They were friendly and nice people, so were their dogs! But Xiao Bai was trembling hard and clung onto my arm tightly. That gave us a good laugh. What a timid dog!!!

I truly enjoyed the night and hope they will be here again next time. Xiao Bai felt loved by people around too! When a group of young performers asked to carry him for pictures, he stayed neatly in their arms without a struggle that made everyone adored him even more.

Not something related to this post but this is a song that keep replaying in my head these few days. "Shot In The Dark" by Within Temptation.

Update lately

Got these gifts from Lg on Valentine's day, Marina Blue perfume by Princesse Marina de Bourbon and Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Gold Ultra Restorative Capsules Intensive Treatment for Face and Throat.

Also a new dress from Agnes b, I like these gifts very much!!!

My new hobby lately was collecting colorful stones. Each tiny stone gave me different inspiration and idea of color and pictures that I want to paint.

Also I've been busy with cutting and keeping articles from old magazines that I bought as long ago as 2004! I have over 300 magazines!!! My way of recycling them was cutting and categorising interesting articles in different folders before throwing them away.
